Representative of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah met in New York with His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Amir of the sisterly State of Qatar. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly at the Permanent Mission of the State of Qatar. At the beginning of the meeting, the Crown Prince conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. The meeting reviewed the strong fraternal relations between the two countries and peoples, discussing ways to support and enhance cooperation across various fields, serving the interests of joint Gulf action. Additionally, they discussed the latest developments in the regional and international arenas. The meeting was attended by Kuwait Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Al-Yahya, Director General of Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) Sheikh Dr. Meshal Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Foreign Affairs Undersecretary at the Crown Prince Diwan Mazen Al-Issa, and Foreign Minister Assistant to Foreign Minister Office Ambassador Bader Al-Tunaib. and Kuwait Permanent Representative to the UN Tareq Al-Banai.
