Representative of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al- Sabah met today the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Sir Keir Starmer, on the sidelines of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York. At the beginning of the meeting, His Highness the Crown Prince conveyed the greetings of His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah to His Majesty King Charles III of the United Kingdom. The meeting also discussed the longstanding and strong historical relations between Kuwait and the United Kingdom in various fields and at all levels. Both sides explored ways to enhance and develop these ties to serve the mutual interests of the two friendly nations and their peoples. The meeting was marked by a friendly atmosphere, reflecting the spirit of understanding and close friendship. They also discussed the latest regional and international developments and the current situation in the region.
