Kuwait Crown Prince congratulates Qatar Amir 11th reign anniversary .
His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent on Monday a cable to Qatar's Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, congratulating him on the 11th anniversary of his reign.In the cable, His Highness the Crown Prince lauded the achievement of Qatar and Sheikh Tamim, affirming that the fellow Gulf country had become a beacon of development and progress known to the region and the world.He wished the Qatari leadership and people evermore progress and development.
