Under the patronage of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah - may God protect and preserve him - and in the presence of His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, representing His Highness the Amir, the final of the Amir Football Cup for the 2024-2025 season was held this evening between Kuwait Sports Club and Al-Arabi Sports Club at Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium. His Highness was warmly received upon arrival by Minister of Information and Culture and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Abdulrahman Badah Al-Mutairi; President of the Kuwait Football Association Sheikh Ahmad Al-Yousef Al-Sabah; Vice-President of the Kuwait Olympic Committee Sheikh Mubarak Faisal Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah; and Acting Director General of the Public Authority for Sport Bashar Abdullah Al-Salem. The match was attended by His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah; President of the Supreme Judicial Council and President of the Court of Cassation Counsellor Dr Adel Majed Bouresli; and senior state officials. His Highness the Crown Prince, representing His Highness the Amir, presented the trophy to Kuwait Sports Club, winners of the Amir Football Cup.
