The representative of His Highness the Emir, His Highness the Crown Prince, is heading to Saudi Arabia to lead Kuwait's delegation at the extraordinary consultative Gulf summit in Jeddah.
With God's protection and care, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, may God protect him, and the accompanying official delegation left the country this morning, heading to the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to head the State of Kuwait's delegation to the extraordinary Gulf Consultative Summit to be held in Jeddah. His Highness was seen off at the airport by His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Al-Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Prime Minister; His Excellency Sheikh Mubarak Hamoud Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Chief of the National Guard; His Excellency Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al-Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior; His Excellency Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah, Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs; His Excellency Sharida Abdullah Al-Maousherji, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs; His Excellency Sheikh Engineer Hamoud Mubarak Al-Hamoud Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Chairman of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation; Lieutenant General Khaled Daraj Al-Shuraiaan, Chief of the General Staff of the Army; Major General Abdulwahab Ahmad Al-Wuhaib, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior; Lieutenant General Hamad Salem Al-Barjas, Undersecretary of the National Guard; Major General Talal Mohammed Al-Roumi, Chief of the General Fire Force; Counselor Waleed Khan, Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the State of Kuwait. His Highness is accompanied by an official delegation comprising His Excellency Sheikh Thamer Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Chief of the Crown Prince's Diwan; His Excellency Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs; and a number of senior officials.
